Athlete is expected to sign up for a time and to attend that session. (Please visit with coaching staff if need to change or attend a different session).
Time slots are open to all athletes entering grades 9th - 12th. These are recommended groupings by coaches.
Speed and agilty sessions are included in the price of the program. All student-athletes MUST attend both Strength & Speed sessions.
June 9th - July 25th
No training on week of July 4th. Weight Room: Mondays / Tuesdays / Thursdays
Speed & Agility: Mondays / Thursdays - First 15 Minutes of each Workout

What Will Be Covered?
The program will cover dynamic/static range of motion, neural activation, work capacity, and strength training techniques to assist in preparing young athletes for the strenuous demands of fall sports for the 2025-2026 school year. Each athlete will be trained in the movement patterns of pressing, pulling, squatting, the hinge, and weighted carries.
